There are no setup fees or hidden charges. All hosting plans come with twenty-four-hour technical support. The full-service managed plans come with additional telephone support during office hours. We also register domains through eNom and sell SSL Certificates from GeoTrust at very attractive discounts.

Although we are based in Ontario, your data is being served out of AtlantaNAP, a Global Net Access built datacenter with multiple tier one internet backbone providers and peering providers such as Google and EarthLink.
Uptime Guarantee:
Your site will have a 99.5% uptime. If we fail to deliver this average any given month, we will add one month of your current hosting plan to your account at no charge.
